Mcgill Ackse chapter was created during the winter of 2016 so our main goal as a newly founded chapter was to become well-known to many other people in Montreal. So the events that took place within the last two years was mainly networking base. One of our most successful events was called the cocktail networking night where attendees were provided with unlimited cocktails for an entrance fee. The event was held at a restaurant and the tables were set up so that the attendees could talk to one another. Our networking was mainly based between the students because our young professional portion of AKCSE haven’t been developed yet. As of now, our main goal as Mcgill AKCSE chapter is to develop the YP portion of AKCSE and help spread the word of us.
